The basic aim of this blog is to help anyone who wants to set up and run a WordPress blog for graduates. It is intended to be a resource for those involved in alumni blogging, a place where we can share expertise, opinions, ideas and experience.
So far blogs have been set up for graduates who studied Media Production, Nursing, Public Relations, Psychology and Social Sciences. They are in various stages of development at the moment, but they are all expected to grow rapidly. Continue reading
The latest University of Lincoln alumni blog went public last week. Lesley Allinson is working hard on finding alumni stories and she is confident that the new blog will get into its stride over the next few months.

There are now four live alumni blogs at the University of Lincoln, and more are expected soon. Progress in the rollout has picked up recently as more schools have discovered the advantages of establishing school based alumni networks.
A blog is one type of website. I think it has many advantages over a “static” website when it comes to engaging with alumni.
